This policy applies to all vApp services, including ZaneChat (zane.vapp.vn) and Vietnam Maps (map.vapp.vn).

1. Data we collect

• Account information: email and display name when you sign up.
• Usage data: access logs, IP addresses, browser type — used for service operation and security.
• Visit statistics: we use vApp Analytics, hosted in Vietnam, to count page views and improve the service. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address; each visit carries only an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Statistics are kept for at most 24 months.

2. Data storage

All data is stored in Vietnam on infrastructure owned and operated by a Vietnamese company. We do not transfer data abroad unless you explicitly request it.

3. How we use your data

• Provide and operate the services you signed up for.
• Secure your account and detect abuse.
• Improve service quality.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties, except with your explicit consent or when required by Vietnamese law.

5. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular backups.

6. Your rights

• Access and download your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and related data.
