1. How to start

There is no self-service signup yet. Send your domain and the addresses you need to support@vapp.vn. We create the domain and mailboxes and send you the DNS records below, with the login details over a separate channel.

2. DNS records

Publish all four together:

SPF: or add a:mail.vappcdn.com to your existing SPF — one SPF record only.
Publish them together, because the DMARC report address only answers once the MX points to us.
We create postmaster@, dmarc@ and abuse@ on your domain for you.
The DKIM value is longer than 255 characters — paste it whole; most DNS providers split it.
Start at p=none and raise the DMARC policy after clean reports.

3. Sending

SMTP host mail.vappcdn.com, port 465 (implicit TLS), log in with the sending address. Port 587 is not offered.

The server answers after the message body (end of DATA), not at RCPT TO — read the final reply. 4xx: retry later; 5xx: do not retry.

A new domain can send to any recipient once its DKIM record is visible in public DNS; early volume follows a warm-up quota.

4. Reading mail

IMAP host mail.vappcdn.com, port 993 (TLS).

5. Transport security

Inbound connections use TLS, and the server publishes DANE (TLSA over DNSSEC) so senders can verify its certificate.
